Polish Museum of America
The Polish Museum of America (PMA), established in 1935, open since 1937, offers visitors a range of exhibits, resources and activities related to Polish American history, culture and heritage. The PMA permanent displays include: collection of fine art and objects from the Polish Pavilion at the 1939 New York World’s Fair; Ignacy Jan Paderewski exhibit, dedicated to the life and historical achievements of the brilliant pianist, composer and statesman; displays highlighting famous Poles, Polish past in Chicago, folk art, military uniforms and memorabilia.
